Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the International Workshop on the Medical and Surgical Management of Chronic Pancreatitis to be held at the Sanctuary in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, February 6-8, 2014. Chronic pancreatitis remains a challenge to those who treat it and those who suffer from it, a group that has been marginalized by the health care profession. Our century offers many opportunities to better define the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic pancreatitis.
The goal of this workshop is to bring together leading scientists, physicians and surgeons interested in improving patient care in chronic pancreatitis.
The Sanctuary is a beach hotel which will host all meeting activities. Kiawah Island climate is semi-tropical with average February temperatures of 62-83 degrees. Championship golfing, tennis, and the social program will complement the scientific sessions of the conference. We hope we can welcome you to the low country of South Carolina in 2014.
Sincerely,
